Hours of Operation: WSC customers can meet with a workforce specialist or access services virtually and in-person Monday – Friday, between 9:00AM and 4:00PM. WSC is closed on state and federal holidays – customers are encouraged to call ahead of time.
Required Documents: Customers may need certain documents to access or use WSC services. This depends on the type of service needed. For example, all customers will need some form of government ID for their first in-person or virtual appointment; however, customers seeking services related to Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits may need to have other items with them at the time of their appointment. Similarly, customers enrolled in programs like STEP, SNAP, TANF, TradeACT, or more may be required to bring specific items with them. Customers are encouraged to confirm what they will need to have with them when they schedule their appointment or by calling before their appointment.
iMatchSkills: Some customers may be required to create or reactive an iMatchSkills profile before, during, or shortly after their first appointment or use of WSC services. Customers are encouraged to use this step-by-step guide to create their profile, and can call WSC for additional support before, during, or after completing their profile.
Unemployment Insurance (UI) and Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUA) benefit recipients are now required to log “work search activities” to maintain their benefits. These customers are encouraged to immediately review required activities and deadlines for continued benefits
