iMatchSkills: Some customers may be required to create or reactive an iMatchSkills profile before, during, or shortly after their first appointment or use of WSC services. Customers are encouraged to use this step-by-step guide to create their profile, and can call WSC for additional support before, during, or after completing their profile.
Unemployment Insurance (UI) and Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUA) benefit recipients are now required to log “work search activities” to maintain their benefits. These customers are encouraged to immediately review required activities and deadlines for continued benefits.
