Please Note: Appointments are not required. Customers are welcome to come to the WSC Center without a scheduled appointment.

Visiting the WorkSource Center

Required Documents: Customers may need certain documents to access or use WSC services. This depends on the type of service needed. Customers are encouraged to contact a WSC staff member before their appointment to confirm what they will need.

iMatchSkills: Some customers may be required to create or reactive an iMatchSkills profile before, during, or shortly after their first appointment or use of WSC services. Customers are encouraged to use this step-by-step guide to create their profile, and can call WSC for additional support before, during, or after completing their profile. 

Unemployment Insurance (UI):  If you have questions or need assistance with Unemployment Insurance, please visit the Oregon Employment Department’s website.

WorkSource Services

General services are available to all WorkSource customers at no cost. Services available include, but are not limited to:

  • Free use of computers, printers, phones, and other technology
  • Job search assistance and career exploration
  • Help with writing resumes and cover letters
  • Preparing for job interviews
  • GED and adult education services
  • English-language skills development services
  • Skill building workshops and financial literacy workshops 
  • Resource fairs, hiring events, and networking events
  • Referrals to resources and support services
  • Case Management services 
  • Internships, job shadows, and industry tours
  • Degree-track, industry endorsements, and certificate programs
  • Financial Assistance for training and education programs
  • Assistive services for people with disabilities
  • Translation services for English-language learners
