Employer-Employee Assistance Assessment

The Rapid Response Team in Clackamas County is ready to help employers and workers avert a layoff. When a layoff happens, RR teams provide information and services to return workers to employment as soon as possible. They provide Information Sessions to help laid off workers navigate:

  • Unemployment insurance,
  • Health care options,
  • WorkSource Oregon services,
  • Trade Act,
  • Regional Business Services,
  • WIOA services and resources, and
  • Collaboration with union representatives for union-affected workers.


Programs and services can also include exploring options and finding opportunities to help find employment or connecting with job training and education options. For employers considering a layoff, your local RR team can assist with:
