I am a junior in my Sustainability Development & Innovation concentration program and will graduate Fall 2022. I have budding experience in Higher Ed, economic development and innovation – for BIPOC students and those who have unique cognitive abilities. I am now embarking on job and internship creation with a fixed focus. Community resilience is a high priority of mine.
In this internship, I’ll be engaged as both a student and supportive guide. I am learning more about workforce development and the role of a Local Workforce Board to help inform positive change for the community. I’ll be drawing from a unique blend of emotional, practical, and intuitive intelligence that complements my lived-and-applied experience.
I want to fix the “one size fits all approach” that creates inequities on multiple levels. There truly needs to more DEI in economic and workforce development.
Integrity, Transparency, Humanity, Individuality & Innovation.
