Success Stories: Organically Grown

Organically Grown Company has experienced rapid growth over the past few years leading to challenges with foundational technology skills, and efficiencies within departments.

Of all trainings we have offered the at OGC, we are told that this round of trainings through the Clackamas Workforce Partnership grant have been the most valuable. The training dollars OGC received through Clackamas Workforce Partnership have been important in helping to build our infrastructure in 2009 in preparation for future Company growth. OGC management and employees are grateful to Clackamas Workforce Partnership for this opportunity to build our staff skills and expertise. As we go into 2010, we will be working on defining career paths for our employees, from entry‚Äźlevel warehousing positions on up through the organization.
