Success Stories: Jon G.

Jon is a teen parent who enrolled in C‐TEC in May 2010. He was accepted into the Summer Youth Academy internship program and placed with Miller Paint. He successfully completed the internship and his supervisors were so impressed, he was then hired for a full‐time seasonal position with Miller Paint. He is now working on financial aid to pursue long term goal to have career in Law Enforcement.

C‐TEC has been crucial in helping Jon with job skills, resources related to raising his son, community resources for health care, and obtain his first job.
