Workforce Training Solutions: The Clackamas Workforce Partnership and its partners provide various opportunities for training both existing and new employees.
Certified Work-Ready Communities: Oregon's Certified Work Ready Communities (CWRC) initiative aligns education, workforce and economic development strategies for job creation. It provides a competitive advantage for Clackamas County and Oregon Businesses. On this page you can learn more about the initiative and how to become a supporting business.
Regional Workforce Collaborative: Because we recognize the importance of integrating a regional perspective into the work we do, the Clackamas Workforce Partnership makes up one-third of the Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative (CWWC). Together, the Collaborative aligns capabilities and resources to improve the region’s ability to leverage and layer funding streams, to coordinate ideas and strategies, to pursue resources and fill gaps, to link workforce supply and industry demand, and enable life-long learning and advancement.
Sector Strategies: Both at a local level and as part of the Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative, the Clackamas Workforce Partnership is working to develop strategies to best serve sectors that have the most need and potential for workforce development. This includes Advanced Manufacturing, Health Care, and High Tech. More information on Sector Strategies coming soon!
