Board Member Selene Andreasen

Selene Andreasen, Human Resource Manager at Willamette View

Experience to the Board of Directors

I have been in the Human Resources field for over 25 years and have a broad expertise with small private business, national companies, for profit and not for profit businesses. I have worked for 25 of my 38 years of employment, in the area of Health Care and have a knowledge of a wide spectrum of jobs and needs related to many types of Health Care organizations. My last 5 years, I have worked in Senior Housing & Long Term Care, an area that is seeing a severe decline in skilled workforce. My experience in recruitment, career development and healthcare provide insight for the Clackamas Workforce Partnership Board in their quest to find workforce solutions for Healthcare and Long Term Care environments.
